Randy Sanders
Randy started Sanders Sales Inc. in 2015 after working for over 25 years in the kitchen and Bath industry. Randy has been involved in all aspects of the kitchen and bath process, from building and finishing to design & installation. He has worked as a manufacturers rep in the upper Midwest since 2004 and has worked as a regional sales manager for 2 national manufacturers. Randy has consistently grown the market for the manufacturers he has worked with. He enjoys sales and takes a very active role in working with all the reps to land key new accounts. Randy was the Sales Rep of the Year Midwest for Elkay in 2018 and National Rep of the year for ACPI in 2019.
Richard Palen
Richard has been in the cabinet industry since 1994. From owning a retail showroom, managing a large cabinet division of a millwork company, to representing cabinet manufacturers in the Midwest market, he has a plethora of knowledge to help you in all facets of your business. Having managed a large showroom with multiple designers he is an excellent new hire training source for our dealer base. He is excited to get to know new dealers in our market and build solid relationships with existing clientele. Richard is a great resource for your business and is ready to do whatever he can to help you increase your market share! Richard was sale rep of the year Midwest for 2017.
Julia Stier
Julia has been in the kitchen and bath design industry for the last 20 years. During her time in retail she was published several time and was a consistent sales leader in her area. She brings a strong background of design detail plus product knowledge. Her key roles include assisting our designers with all aspects of their day to day jobs.
Angie Layton
Angie has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Graduating with a degree in Architectural Drafting, then working for 8 years at Architecture Firms throughout West Central Minnesota. Then transitioned into the cabinetry world as a kitchen designer for the last 12 years, with clear understanding of what our customers need from a sales representative.
